Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Cognitive or Behavioral Health Conditions
Gracepoint Living offers safe, supportive housing for individuals with intellectual disabilities and cognitive or behavioral health conditions. Our homes provide a stable environment where residents can thrive while receiving the necessary resources to support their personal growth. Seniors
Gracepoint Living provides affordable, supportive housing for seniors over the age of 65. Our shared housing offers a comfortable and safe space where seniors can live independently while being part of a community. While we do not offer in-house services, we work closely with organizations that specialize in senior care, healthcare, transportation, and social activities. This allows our residents to stay connected to resources that meet their physical, emotional, and social needs. We understand the unique challenges seniors face as they age, and our goal is to provide a peaceful, respectful environment where they can maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Gracepoint Living is dedicated to offering a home where seniors can feel secure, supported, and valued as they continue their journey in later life.
Sober Living
For individuals in recovery, Gracepoint Living offers a drug- and alcohol-free environment that supports long-term sobriety. Our shared housing provides a safe, structured space where residents can focus on their recovery journey without the pressures of external distractions. Although we do not provide in-house treatment, we connect residents to essential recovery resources such as 12-step programs, counseling, and support networks. We aim to offer a stable and peaceful home for individuals committed to their sobriety, where they can build relationships with others in recovery and work toward their personal goals. At Gracepoint Living, we believe in providing a foundation for a sober life and offering the support necessary to maintain recovery.
Rapid Rehousing
Gracepoint Living offers rapid rehousing for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Our shared housing provides a quick and safe transition into stable living conditions, allowing residents to focus on regaining their independence. We work with local organizations that provide housing vouchers and other financial assistance, ensuring that residents can move toward permanent housing solutions. Our goal is to offer immediate relief to individuals in need of housing while connecting them with the necessary resources, including employment services and case management, to support their long-term stability.
